MRV Electronics is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of sales experience and be fluent in English. This role involves handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and building strong relationships with our customers.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide detailed information about our electronics.
- Handle customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with customers at all times.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and features to provide excellent customer service.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in electronics or a related field.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations.
- High level of enthusiasm and motivation.
- Basic computer skills for handling transactions and managing inventory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
