Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson at Midas Construction Tools. The Salesperson will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including building and maintaining customer relationships, demonstrating products, providing product information, and closing sales. The Salesperson will work closely with the customers to understand their construction tool needs and offer the appropriate solutions. This role requires a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry
- Knowledge of construction power tools and their applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
