Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson at MERLOAM REALTY PRIVATE LIMITED. The Salesperson will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with real estate sales, including prospecting potential clients, conducting property tours, negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining relationships with clients. The Salesperson will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with market trends and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with the local real estate market in Chennai
