**Job Description: AAC Block Sales Executive**
**Position Overview:**
As an AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) Block Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to promote and sell AAC blocks to potential customers, typically in the construction and building materials sector. You will be expected to develop new business opportunities, maintain existing client relationships, and achieve sales targets within a designated territory.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Sales and Business Development:**
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Present AAC blocks and related products to architects, contractors, builders, developers, and other key decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements, provide product demonstrations, and prepare quotations.
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close sales deals to meet revenue targets.
2. **Market Analysis and Strategy:**
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential new market opportunities.
- Develop sales strategies and plans to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

4. **Collaboration and Reporting:**
- Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, logistics, and technical support to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

- Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote AAC blocks and represent the company effectively.
**Qualifications and Skills:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of self-motivation.
- Knowledge of AAC blocks or similar construction materials is advantageous.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and sales management tools.
