Job Description
Customer service: Providing a high standard of customer service, including greeting guests, answering phones, and handling guest requests and complaints
Front desk management: Overseeing the front desk and front office employees, including scheduling conference rooms and assisting with check-in and check-out
Administrative tasks: Performing administrative tasks, such as confirming staff schedules and ensuring payroll proceeds smoothly
Leadership: Managing and motivating the front office team, and ensuring that guests receive excellent customer service
Problem solving: Resolving customer complaints and issues
