Greenpoint Engineers is a company based in Indore that provides turnkey solutions for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), fire fighting, and industrial cooling-heating systems. We specialize in a complete range of chillers, VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) systems, ducted systems, heat pumps, air conditioners, and evaporative cooling systems for various applications.

Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Professional role. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for various tasks such as identifying and prospecting potential clients, presenting and promoting our products and solutions, negotiating contracts, and building and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role is based in Indore but offers flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC or related industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and terminology
• Technical background or engineering degree is a plus
