We are seeking a skilled Vlocity Developer with hands-on experience in Vlocity (Salesforce
Industries) platform capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and Salesforce Lightning Web
Components (LWC). This role will involve working with the Vlocity Public Sector Cloud
solution, but experience in other industries such as Insurance, Communication, or Energy
will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement OmniScripts, Cards, Templates, DataRaptors, and
Integration Procedures using Vlocity's tools.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of Vlocity's platform features, including Calculation Matrices
and Procedures, Vlocity Data Model, and Salesforce.com Lightning Web
Components.
- Customize and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud and Community Portals in
alignment with business requirements.
- Leverage Out-of-the-box features of Vlocity to build scalable solutions.
- Work on data integration and migration projects, ensuring smooth data flows and
efficient handling of complex data models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business needs and develop technical
solutions on the Vlocity platform.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as a development engineer, including at least 2 years on Vlocity
Expertise in Vlocity technology, specifically: Vlocity EPC, Vlocity CPQ, Vlocity OM, Apex code
Certified in EPC or OM
Experience in Backend development (WS Rest)
Ideally, have skills in Salesforce: Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Proficiency in Vlocity methods, such as OmniScript and Integration Procedures.
- Strong experience with DataRaptors, Vlocity Cards, and OmniScripts.
- Familiarity with Vlocity Public Sector Cloud; experience in Insurance, Communication,
or Energy data models is also acceptable.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Community Portals, Lightning
Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Apex Classes.
- Experience with data integration and migration strategies.
- Vlocity Developer Certification is required.
