We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Technical Project Manager with extensive experience in Salesforce, and Jira, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time and within budget. As the Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific short-term project.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring project interdependencies are identified and managed effectively.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charter, project plan, risk register, status reports, and project closeout report.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered in accordance with Agile methodologies and are aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, QA, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and delivered.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management and other key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish project objectives, timelines, and deliverables, and ensure they are met.
- Manage project risks and issues and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure all project stakeholders are aware of project status, issues, and risks, and are aligned on the next steps.
- Continuously review project progress and make recommendations for improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, with a proven track record of delivering projects in the Salesforce, Jira, and Agile environment.
- PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Jira and Salesforce is a must.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
