Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Salesforce Technical Lead with 7+ years of hands-on expertise in Salesforce development and architecture. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end technical delivery of Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient architecture. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor Salesforce developers, and act as the key technical liaison to stakeholders, driving high-quality Salesforce implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership & Delivery: Lead the design, development, and deployment of customized Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices for architecture, scalability, and security.
- Project Oversight: Oversee all technical aspects of Salesforce projects, from requirements gathering to final deployment, including integration, testing, and performance optimization.
- Team Management: Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Salesforce developers, conducting code reviews, setting development standards, and ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure successful implementation.
- Custom Development: Architect and build custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce tools.
- Integrations: Design and implement Salesforce integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and API integration tools such as Mulesoft.
- Platform Optimization: Manage, maintain, and optimize existing Salesforce environments, identifying opportunities for improvements in performance, security, and user experience.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with Salesforce releases and platform enhancements, recommending updates and innovations to keep systems at the cutting edge.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Drive the adoption of DevOps practices, including continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD), ensuring smooth and efficient code management processes.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on best practices, troubleshooting, and problem-solving, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and technical leadership, with in-depth knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations.
- Strong experience in architecting scalable and secure Salesforce solutions, with proven success in delivering complex technical projects.
- Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and platform capabilities, with a deep understanding of platform limitations and opportunities.
- Extensive hands-on experience with API integration tools such as REST, SOAP, and Mulesoft.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage resources, and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of efficiently resolving complex technical challenges.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Salesforce Platform Developer II are highly preferred.
- Experience with implementing DevOps processes, including continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with global teams and stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of Financial Services Cloud and/or Health Cloud will be an added advantage.
