Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Salesforce certifications such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, System Architect, or similar. Proven experience (10+ years) working as a Salesforce Architect, demonstrating the progression of responsibility and complexity. Extensive knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Strong experience with integration patterns, RESTful APIs, and data migration strategies. Proficiency in defining and implementing security controls within the Salesforce ecosystem. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical discussions to drive consensus. Exceptional communication skills to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Leadership and mentoring experience, with the ability to guide and inspire technical teams. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Strong understanding of industry best practices related to architecture, design, and development
