Technical Architect is a Senior Consulting role at Cloud SynApps Inc. who is responsible for leading the Salesforce engagements as a senior technology leader and responsible for:

Design and Development of Salesforce solutions across Salesforce technologies
Develop Technical Blueprint and Roadmap.
Conduct Health Check of existing Salesforce Org.
Lead Lightning development using best practices and Governance principals.
Do Fit-Gap assessment, develop solution effort estimates and conduct feasibility study.
Lead development and Configuration of technical frameworks as required to meet the business objectives.
Research and maintain best practices on document repositories.
Internal and External customer communication.
Guide the project technical team to implement the right and optimized solutions.
Provide best practices/expertise in architecting data solutions, design patterns, and cross platform integrations for data sources.
WHO WERE LOOKING FOR
10+ years experience of implementing Salesforce solutions and leading large complex projects as a Technical lead/Architect.
Expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Community Clouds.
Understanding of systems architecture and ability to design scalable performance-driven solutions.
Understanding of key design patterns and large data volume limitations and best practices.
Understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations and how these play into platform architecture.
Familiarity with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth).
Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems (ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, reporting, etc.).
Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies.
Experience with platform security capabilities (TLS, SSL).
Expert level experience defining the system architecture landscape, identifying gaps between current and desired end-states, and delivering a comprehensive solution that will enable achievement of the desired business outcomes.
Extensive Apex VF Controllers and Apex Triggers development experience
Extensive VisualForce, Javascript, HTML design and development experience; JQuery, AngularJS development experience a plus.
Strong background in design/development of large web-based or client server systems, or complete software product lifecycle exposure.
Expert knowledge of Lightning development.
Strong knowledge experience on Mobile development (iOS, Android, Sencha, Cordova, HTML5 etc.).
Strong knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design and database design.
Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire.
Strong knowledge and experience of Salesforce development and configuration.
Must Have Skills:
10+ years of Salesforce.com development experience.
Experience working on Salesforce Cloud offerings like Community Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
In-depth experience of using Process Builders and Flows.
In-depth experience of Salesforce Security.
Strong skills in Integrations and Data management.
