Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesforce Tech Lead at Tanishi in Bengaluru, with flexibility for remote work. The Salesforce Tech Lead will be responsible for leading Salesforce projects, designing and implementing solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical guidance and support. Additionally, they will be involved in system integration, customization, and Salesforce platform optimization.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Development, Configuration, and Integration skills
• Experience in leading Salesforce projects and teams
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience with other CRM systems is a plus
