Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesforce Tech Lead at our Dehradun location. The Salesforce Tech Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing Salesforce projects, providing technical leadership and guidance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative solutions. The Tech Lead will be involved in the day-to-day implementation, customization, and enhancement of Salesforce applications, as well as managing and mentoring a team of Salesforce developers.
Qualifications
- Solid experience and expertise in Salesforce development and customization
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning
- Experience with integration and data migration using Salesforce APIs
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience with agile project methodologies
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified App Builder, are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
