Job Description : The Salesforce Tech Lead will be responsible for leading the Design & Build , customization, and Implementation of Salesforce solutions within the Community and CRM domains. This role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, design the solutions, and oversee the development process. The Tech Lead will also provide technical guidance to the development team, ensure best practices are followed, and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise.
Skills Required:
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, CRM & Community functionalities with around 3 to 5 yrs of experience in Salesforce.
- Proven experience leading Salesforce implementations and customization projects.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and integration options.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Architect level certifications(preferred).
