Salesforce Support Specialist

Are you a skilled Salesforce professional looking to make an impact We're searching for a Salesforce Support Specialist to join our team and deliver top-notch technical support while enhancing our Salesforce capabilities.

About the Role: As a Salesforce Support Specialist, you'll provide timely and effective support to our users, handling tasks ranging from Apex and Lightning Web Component development to troubleshooting complex issues. Shift flexibility (1 PM to 10 PM IST or 3 PM to 11:59 PM IST) is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apex Development: Work with existing custom Apex classes and triggers; ready for new development as needed.
• Lightning Web Components (LWC): Manage and maintain LWC components already in the application.
• Salesforce Configuration: Configure objects, fields, layouts, and validation rules; create reports and dashboards for insights.
• Integration: Understand current integrations and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Debugging: Resolve complex technical issues swiftly.
• Monitoring: Diligently monitor integrated systems and alert architects if issues occur.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Apex programming
• Experience with Visualforce and Lightning Web Components
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and data model
• Expertise in Salesforce configuration and customization
• Knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integration techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Salesforce Developer Certification (preferred)
