Salesforce Support Specialist
Summary
Join our global team as a Salesforce Support Specialist and play a pivotal role in enhancing our Salesforce platform, a cornerstone of our company strategy.
The successful candidate will support the TDS team in various administrative and configuration-related tasks to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.
You will work alongside our team of Salesforce Developers, Administrators, Data Analysts, Functional consultants and Product Owners to best service our user base.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration
- Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions.
- Maintain and update data in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Configuration and Customization
- Support the configuration of Salesforce objects, fields, flows, and validation rules.
- Assist in the implementation of new Salesforce features and functionalities.
- Participate in the customization of Salesforce to meet specific business requirements.
Technical Support
- Provide first-level support for Salesforce-related issues and escalate as necessary.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to Salesforce configurations.
- Collaborate with the TDS team to identify and resolve system issues.
QA & UAT
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for QA & UAT
- Support UAT participants and assist to complete on time
-Perform QA on items to ensure business requirements are met
-Raise QA & UAT bugs
Documentation and Training
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for Salesforce configurations and processes.
- Assist in developing training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to users on Salesforce best practices.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within Salesforce.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and recommend relevant updates.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and provide status updates.
Requirements
2+ years of Salesforce experience with hands-on configuration of Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Strong understanding of Salesforce development in an agile environment.
Experience in a support role, preferably within a technology or data services team.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks and collaborate effectively within a team.

Qualifications & Technical Skills
Proficient in Salesforce administration, including user management, security, and data management.

Basic knowledge of Apex, and Lightning components is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, SQL Queries.
Salesforce Certifications (Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer 1)
