Job Description

Are you ready to drive global transformation through IT excellence, business alignment, and user empowerment HBK is seeking a dynamic Salesforce Support Lead and Administrator to join our team!

As the Salesforce Support Lead and Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the performance, customization, and user experience of our Salesforce platform. You'll oversee daily operations, engage with our Salesforce team to address user requests, and ensure incidents are tracked and resolved efficiently. Your responsibilities also include documenting and prioritizing development needs with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

System Administration:

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce to meet organizational requirements.
  • Manage user profiles, permissions, and security settings.

User Support and Training:

  • Provide ongoing user support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve user queries.
  • Develop and deliver Salesforce training programs for end-users and new hires via MyTrailhead.
  • Foster a user-centric environment by continuously improving the user experience.

Customization and Development:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and document them.
  • Contribute to the development team to implement solutions for our business users.
  • Stay informed about new Salesforce features and functionalities to drive continuous improvement.

Data Management:

  • Ensure data and user integrity and cleanliness through regular audits and cleansing activities.

Communication:

  • Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and provide timely updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (Advanced Administrator certification is a plus).
  • 3years or more experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills, coupled with an analytical mindset.
