- Strong Salesforce configuration experience in Sales, Service, and other Clouds
- 2+ years of Salesforceintegrationexperience with APIs, Apex, and middleware
- Experience with SOAP/REST APIs, SQL/Oracle, and event-driven integrations
- Knowledge of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, bulkified/scalable integrations
- Familiarity with nonprofit/higher education systems (Banner, PeopleSoft, SAP)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; MuleSoft and Salesforce certifications preferred
- Strong consulting skills, Agile methodology experience, and team collaboration
