Solution Architect - Salesforce
Must Have Skills:
- Proven experience of Solution Architecture for Salesforce Transformation Engagements
- Experience in engaging with business and IT stakeholders for designing Salesforce solutions
- Good understanding of digital transformations taking place in the Industry involving Salesforce applications
- Strong spoken and written communication/articulation skills for business and IT leadership stakeholders
- Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities within constraints (timelines and others)
- Leadership skills with ability to influence and negotiate internal and external stakeholders
- A proven team player
- Proven CXO engagement skills
Must Have Experience:
- 15 + years of experience with multiple customers, having proven client facing tenures
- Experience in 5 end to end Salesforce Transformations, of which at least 3 as Solution Architect
- Bachelor / Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, MIS, or equivalent
Responsibilities:
- Lead Solution architecture for end to end Transformation programs
- Establish/strengthen Salesforce Architecture best practices within the ESU
- Support talent grooming for functional consultants in the unit/organization
- Engage with senior management and influence their decisions with PoVs & Thought Leadership
- Leverage his/her broad business and technology expertise to address key topics related to architecture, design, business model and integration around Salesforce
- Contribute in Knowledge Management around engagements and best practices
