In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud as a Consultant.
Conduct research into clients use of Marketing Cloud, producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Marketing Cloud solutions.
Experience with Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Web Studio, Audience Builder, and Interaction Studio to execute multi-step marketing and data management activities on an immediate, triggered, or scheduled basis.
Provide solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to Salesforce best practices.
Describe and illustrate designs with appropriate justifications.
Own the implementation and license management of Marketing Cloud and other Salesforce platform solutions.
Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements.
Review multi-market impact of solutions and complex journeys and recommend improvements.
Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with stakeholders on the project and/or Salesforce SMEs.
Review Technical Design Documents (TDD), approving configuration and coded items to be deployed between environments where appropriate.
Supervise the configuration, quality assurance, and deployment of Marketing Cloud.
Collaborative project and work-stream planning.
Set up change management practices to ensure long-term solution success.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Prioritize and escalate customer issues with a quick turnaround.
