Job Description:
· 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Tester (manual testing)
· Excellent communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
· Strong testing skills in Salesforce and have good understanding on Sales and Service Cloud
· Extensive experience in writing test scenarios, test scripts, test cases and analysing test results
· Experience with UI, Functional, Integration, Regression testing and Acceptance testing in Agile and waterfall models.
· Good knowledge on Data Loader to update Salesforce.com objects
· Strong exposure to Security and Sharing rules model of Salesforce
· Hands-on test experience on Service Cloud, Sales Cloud
· Experience in building reports and dashboards in Salesforce
· Experience with tools like Jira, ALM
· Demonstrated ability to work in a distributed, team-oriented, collaborative environment
· Salesforce Admin certification is preferred
