Job Description:
- Administration of the Salesforce environment; responsibilities include customizing and implementing profiles, roles, security settings, sharing rules, applications, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow, validation rules, approvals, dashboards, reports, etc.
- Candidate should have Good Apex Debugging skills.
- Basic Aura / LWC debugging knowledge is required.
- Good knowledge in Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud is required
- Good knowledge & Handson on ITIL workflow.
- Support to the users to help them resolve issues with Salesforce and related applications.
- Create documentation and look for ways to continuously improve processes & procedures.
- Handson experience in L2 / L3 work
Skills required:
BE or equivalent University degree.
Exp 5 +Yrs. Hands on Salesforce Admin, Support.
Strong client-facing communication skills
Requires strong client focus, organizational skills, and flexibility to change.
Ability to learn quickly and function as a positive and creative member of a large project team.
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Outstanding business writing and communication skills
Strong fluency in English
