Description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 5-14 years of experience in the job market of India and possess strong skills and qualifications in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud solutions that meet business requirements
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Configure Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud to meet business needs
- Perform Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud administration tasks such as creating and managing users, profiles, roles, and permissions
- Create and manage custom objects, fields, and validation rules
- Design and develop custom Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning
- Integrate Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud with other systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud solutions
- Train end users on Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud functionality
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5-14 years of experience in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
- Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud certification is required (Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Consultant certifications are preferred)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud architecture and data model
- Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud solutions
- Experience in configuring Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud and performing administration tasks
- Experience in designing and developing custom Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning
- Experience in integrating Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud with other systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
