What you will be doing:
Writing and developing test cases for functionality under development; test cases will be written based on reviews of user stories and other design documents, as well as verbal discussions with internal stakeholders.
Supporting the generation of required inputs for testing, including creation of test data as well as using existing data.
Working with developers, testing thoroughly, using a range of scenarios for each user story being tested, and taking into consideration functionality related to what is being tested.
Logging defects with adequate detail and retesting once defects have been addressed.
Conducting regression testing and assisting with load testing, as needed.
What we are looking for from you:
Essential:
QA manual work experience
Experience with the Salesforce.com application and overall CRM functionalities.
Experience in an Agile development environment
Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Bug Life CycleDesirable:
Experience in JIRA tool
Excellent verbal, written communication
