We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Salesforce Project Manager (PM) to join our team and play a key role in the successful delivery of Salesforce projects. As a Salesforce PM, you will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from initial client meetings to implementation and go-live. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all business requirements.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into actionable Salesforce solutions.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Manage project resources effectively, including developers, business analysts, and testers.
Oversee the development process, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and quality standards.
Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate progress to clients and stakeholders.
Manage risks and issues proactively, developing contingency plans to address challenges.
Track project metrics and reports to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
Provide ongoing training and support to end-users on the new Salesforce system.
Qualifications Proven experience as a Salesforce Project Manager or a similar role
Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities (Salesforce certifications a plus)
Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring
Experience in Agile or Waterfall project methodologies
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
