A new opportunity has opened up for the Salesforce Presales and Solution Specialist to join our rapidly expanding and growing business. The role requires listening to and working with our Customers, our Salesforce partner alliance, and our internal Solution Sales and Development teams to grow our Salesforce practice into a leading pillar of our growth. You will help us lead and build the following areas:
Working with Sales team to build and expand our Solutions and Services Portfolio
Working with solution and delivery teams in reviewing customer requirements and related solution components
Designing and architecting innovative and creative solutions
Recommendation and validation of appropriate Salesforce solution components
Technical thought leadership to drive brand building.
Creation / oversight of POC's, prototypes and pilot projects including our IP and accelerator initiatives in AI areas.
Lead and facilitate Presales discovery and scoping sessions with client along with the Sales Team.
Provide technical support in sales calls, solution presentations, and assist with understanding customer requirements.
Provides demos to customers/prospects to showcase solution or functionalities.
Identify gaps in business requirements, analyse functional requirements, map with technical deliverables, develop questionnaire to elicit clarity & quality in requirements.
Provide scalable solutions.
Work on techno-functional proposals conceptual and detailed.
Work to build a strong sense of business acumen.
Develop technical business solutions, product presentations and demonstrations.
Working with customers and Sales Team to build a compelling and competitive business case and ROI.
Prepare estimations effort and cost estimations to augment sales proposals. Build custom demonstrations and deliver Proof of Concepts (POC).
Actively participate in internal business/sales team meetings and provide consultative support Build technical relationship with delivery teams, prospects or existing customers to support overall prospect/customer engagement.
Coordinate with Technical/Solution Architects, Integration data Experts and others, as needed, for specific technical design requirements.
Build Use cases in coordination with the delivery/Solutioning teams.
Conduct knowledge transfer to delivery team during the sales-to-delivery hand over.
Work with project team to develop and validate estimates to support Change Orders
Maintain certifications and continually explore solution capabilities of the Salesforce ecosystem.
Requirements
Must have 5+ years industry experience with at least 3 years as a Salesforce solution specialist role.
Excellent expertise in Sales, Service and Experience Cloud Salesforce solutions
Good understanding of Commerce, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, and Industry Clouds would be an added advantage.
Proficiency in APEX, Force.com, .Net, Java
Experience in Lightning & JavaScript Frameworks
Salesforce Certification in relevant disciplines will be an added advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Expertise in stakeholder management and convincing solutions in non-technical language.
