Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Salesforce/nCino Service Engineer at Lloyds Technology Centre in Hyderabad. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, communication, technical support, and maintenance related to Salesforce and nCino platforms.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience
- Troubleshooting, Technical Support, and Maintenance
- Manage multiple incidents simultaneously, demonstrating leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Use monitoring tools like Dynatrace or AppDynamics to ensure system performance
- Salesforce and nCino platforms is preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Certifications in Salesforce and nCino are a plus
