Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Mid-level Developer to join our team in Kolkata on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in Salesforce development and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, providing technical guidance and best practices.
- Customize and configure Salesforce applications to meet business needs, including workflows, process builders, and validation rules.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications using APIs and middleware tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Stay current with Salesforce updates and new features, continuously improving skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration options, including workflows, process builders, and validation rules.
- Experience with data migration and integration tools (e.g., Data Loader, Mulesoft).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II) are a plus.
