Uplers is Looking for:

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer who is passionate about driving impactful email marketing campaigns, advanced automation, and effective customer engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth expertise in AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, and SFMC's core tools to create, optimize, and deploy email marketing solutions. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering personalized communications through automated journeys, rigorous quality checks, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, Test, and Deploy Campaigns:

  • Design and code email templates using AMPscript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Build dynamic and personalized email content with AMPscript and SSJS for enhanced user engagement.

Journey & Campaign Automation:

  • Utilize Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Einstein features to create and optimize customer journeys and automation workflows.
  • Implement segmentation strategies and use SQL queries to ensure targeted and relevant content delivery.

Data Management & Analytics:

  • Build and manage Data Extensions and conduct advanced data handling with SQL.
  • Analyze campaign performance within Analytics Builder and interpret insights to guide optimization efforts.

Quality Assurance:

  • Perform thorough QA and UAT on emails, journeys, and automations, verifying rendering across platforms and validating accuracy.
  • Set up and execute end-to-end testing to ensure successful deployment of campaigns with error-free content and links.

Cloud Pages Development:

  • Develop and manage Cloud Pages for landing pages, surveys, forms, and other web integrations, using AMPscript, SSJS, and HTML/CSS.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the marketing and CRM teams to translate business goals into effective campaigns and ensure seamless execution.
  • Communicate technical requirements and timelines to stakeholders, providing regular updates on campaign status and performance.

Key Skills & Qualifications:


Technical Proficiency:

  • Strong expertise in AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS to develop and deploy personalized emails and landing pages.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and email coding best practices, ensuring responsive design for multiple devices.

Platform Expertise:

  • Hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Analytics Builder.
  • Familiarity with Einstein features in SFMC to enhance personalization and predictive analytics.

Quality Assurance & Testing:

  • Demonstrated experience in quality assurance processes, ensuring high-quality email and journey deployments.

Analytical Mindset:

  • Ability to analyze and report on email performance and customer engagement using Analytics Builder and custom reports.

Problem-Solving:

  • Proactive in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure uninterrupted campaign execution.

Additional Skills:


Certifications:

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Email Specialist, Developer) are preferred.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Good to have(Not Mandatory):


  • Salesforce CRM knowledge
