Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with expertise in Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio. You will be responsible for creating and executing marketing automation strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Journey Builder:** Design, develop, and optimize customer journeys to improve engagement and conversion rates.

- **Email Studio:** Create, test, and deploy email campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and best practices.

- **Automation Studio:** Set up and manage automation workflows for data imports, exports, and other routine marketing tasks.

- **Data Management:** Utilize SQL and AMPscript to manage and segment data effectively for targeted marketing efforts.

- **Analytics & Reporting:** Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate reports to inform strategic decisions.

- **Integration:** Collaborate with IT teams to integrate SFMC with other systems using APIs.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and analytics, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

- **Stay Updated:** Keep abreast of the latest SFMC features and digital marketing trends to continually enhance capabilities.

Qualifications:

- **Education:** Bachelors degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

- **Experience:** 3 to 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 2 years focused on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

- **Certifications:** Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification preferred.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in SQL, AMPscript, and other relevant technologies.

- **Project Management:** Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
