Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

Shift: US Shift ( 8AM EST - 5PM EST)

Job Location: Pune (Onsite) 5 days a Week

Responsibilities:

This is a varied delivery role, with the following responsibilities assigned, (depending on your skills and experience as well as company needs):

Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, data migration, and integration with Marketing Cloud Connect and other platforms.
Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and drafting statements of work.
Proficient in JavaScript, SQL, Amp script, HTML and CSS.
Design and delivery of solutions in Email Studio, Communicate project concepts and outcomes to client project stakeholders.
Design & implement, for automated email/mobile journeys using Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio and Journey Builder, & advise clients on how to optimize further.
Solid understanding of digital marketing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as email marketing, pay-per-click (PPC), and other marketing conversion metrics.
Experience in reporting and analyzing email activity using Email Studio reports and Journey Builder.
(Good to have) Proficiency with Data Views and Discover Reports within Analytics Builder, Einstein Engagement.
Design and build integrations between Marketing Cloud and third-party applications or data sources.
Proficiency in Interaction Studio, Audience Builder, Query Studio, Web and Mobile Studio, Smart Capture Forms, Landing Pages, etc.
Proven track record of delivering marketing automation projects in a fast-paced environment while adhering to deadlines.

Required Qualifications and Background:

Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in Marketing Cloud implementations, with a focus on integrating Salesforce core and other platforms.
Certification as a Marketing Cloud Consultant.
Certification as a Marketing Cloud Email Specialist.
