- Solution Design and Development:Design and develop custom solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to meet client needs, including building journeys, emails, automation, and data-driven marketing campaigns
- Implement and customize marketing cloud functionalities using AMPscript, SQL, and other scripting languages
- Integration and Data Management:Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems, APIs, and databases to ensure seamless data flow and synchronization
- Manage data extensions, data models, and data configuration within the Marketing Cloud environment
- Marketing Automation and Personalization:Build and optimize marketing automation workflows, including triggered sends, segmentation, dynamic content, and personalization rules
- Implement and test journey builder experiences, ensuring optimal customer engagement and conversion
- Reporting and Analytics:Create and maintain reports and dashboards within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to measure campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Collaboration and Support:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to align marketing strategies with business objectives
