  • Solution Build:
    • Adaptive to and Aware of Managed Services Environment
    • Review latest Salesforce release notes and future roadmaps to understand the impact to current customers and be an advisory.
    • Ability to Triage / Solution Design / Consult the Issues / Enhancements coming from Customers
    • Strive towards continuous improvement on Application Skillset
    • Ability to articulate the solution to various stakeholders
  • Team Build:
    • Maintain knowledge on current and future Salesforce functionality.
    • Act as subject matter expert and mentor for team.
    • Identify and document re-usable code to increase efficiencies across teams.
    • Contribute towards knowledge share relating to best practices, design reviews, code reviews across the team.
    • Work collaboratively to make sure of continuous learning.
    • Be the bridge between the Customer, Onshore, and Global Delivery Teams
  • Process Build:
    • Participate in activities to promote the development and use of best practices, tools and templates.
    • Proactively communicates accomplishments, challenges and needs to their Project Manager / designated stake holder.
