Responsibilities:

As part of the client delivery team, your role will include:

Client Interaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing quality assurance issues and resolution.

Salesforce Lightning Development: Develop, customize, and integrate solutions using Salesforce Lightning including Lightning Components, Apex, Process Builder, Flows, and Visual Workflow.

Design & Architecture: Understand requirements, create designs, review architectures, and ensure the highest level of service offerings.

Technical Leadership: Lead the team through project estimation, risk planning, code reviews, and unit testing.

Mentorship: Guide teams toward creating high-quality, optimized code deliverables, ensuring knowledge management and adherence to organizational standards.

Continuous Improvement: Contribute to building efficient programs/systems to drive client success in their digital transformation journey.

Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Salesforce Lightning (Aura)

Technical Expertise:

Strong experience in Salesforce Lightning development, customization, and integration.

Proficiency in Apex, Process Builder, Flows, and Visual Workflow.

Additional Skills:

Basics of Architecture and Design Fundamentals.

Agile methodologies and software quality assurance principles.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

Familiarity with latest technologies and trends.

Ideal Candidate:

Strong technical skills with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning Aura.

Proven experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics and Data Cloud.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to guide teams and deliver high-quality, optimized solutions.
