Salesforce Lead

Job Description:

The Salesforce Technical Lead will play a pivotal role in driving the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of Salesforce developers in designing, coding, testing, and implementing Salesforce solutions.

2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.

3. Provide technical expertise and guidance on Salesforce best practices, architecture, design patterns, and development standards.

4. Develop custom solutions, integrations, and enhancements using Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.

5. Perform code reviews, ensure code quality, and enforce coding standards to maintain a high level of technical excellence.

6. Manage deployments and releases using Salesforce tools such as Salesforce DX, Change Sets, and Salesforce CLI.
