Salesforce Lead CPQ Developer

The Salesforce lead is a key member of our Delivery organization in India. In addition to being responsible for developing high-performing solutions on the Salesforce platform, the lead will conduct needs assessments, technical roadmap and drive culture of innovation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce
• Experience with 1+ projects on Salesforce CPQ
• Strong Salesforce platform knowledge with brilliant coding skills
• Must have team leading experience for minimum 2-3 projects
• Ownership of Technical Design documentation and Estimation
• Planning and monitoring the tasks with subordinates
• Must have the ability to independently drive requirements discussions with business stakeholders
• Must have the ability to understand business problems and propose high level Salesforce solutions
• Requirement understanding, analysis, designing, configuration, code review, support activities
• Proven track record of driving the project by coordinating with the technical architect
• Will be responsible for engineering, designing, and implementing complex Salesforce solutions-including writing technical specifications, coding, support, agile team principles, and leadership.
• Experience in Salesforce development and implementations Skills with very good command on Apex, controllers and extensions, triggers, batch processes, and APIs.
• Taking impactful features from idea to implementation, providing technical leadership to the small development team. Champion best practices and policies, and guide and influence the team on leveraging such practices.
• Experience in developing custom solutions on Lightning Platform (Plus)
• Knowledge of Lightning Web Components and salesforce DX (Plus)

Develop, customize, implement and integrate software solutions and applications using Salesforce.com platform, including Salesforce CRM, Apex Class, Triggers, Visual Force, SOQL, SOSL, Force.com, IDE, Lightning components, Informatica, REST and SOAP Web Services, MDM, Oracle, Cloud integration etc.

Interact with clients to develop development strategy to meet requirements and goals

Define software solutions to meet business specific needs aligned with the overall solution design in Salesforce

Provide technical guidance and expertise on design standards, guidelines, best practices, etc.

Perform code reviews

Provide development and ongoing software support and issue resolution

Build standards driven, scalable, secure and dynamic portal for the information delivery of specific based applications
