We are looking for an Implementation Lead who will drive the Implementation strategy, partnering across the organization for optimal experience for our customers. The ideal candidate is a thought leader, consensus builder, and an integrator of people and processes. The Lead must have demonstrated leadership success characterized by driving efficiency and high performance in the delivery of software solutions to clients. The Lead will lead the implementation team of implementation managers & consultants. The Lead must have demonstrable agility & influencing skills to work with the C-suite to align project expectations. The leader will successfully collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results and a high degree of customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage, Coach and mentor the Implementation team
- Accountable for customer satisfaction during and post-implementation.
- Ensure excellent usage of the product capabilities before handing it over to the Support team.
- Review all Implementation project plans, identify and mitigate the risks, and work with the project managers/Leads to manage them closely for successful Go Lives.
- Monitor project progress throughout the project life cycle, and communicate project status effectively to senior management through reports, presentations, and individual meetings.
- Build and provide direction to project teams, create and foster communication among team members.
- Manage Kick- off Meetings
- Responsible for efficient and appropriate resource allocation.
- Ensure that the team has all required competencies and is well trained.
- Understand the challenges faced by the team and help them succeed
- Capture and manage project risks and issues and associated mitigation strategies
- Utilize analytical skills to make critical decisions and recommendations to solve project-related problems
- Sets the implementation strategy considering timelines, impacts, and risk
- Helps address implementation roadblocks, remove obstacles or other constraints
- Provide high-level guidance and recommendations to client about implementation and integration procedures to add the greatest value for the client
- Provide an escalation point for issues that may arise throughout the implementation period
- Formulates proposals for new systems, procedures, and/ or processes
- Acts as a liaison with subsidiary management and staff to resolve issues as needed
- Build integrated solutions between various applications, data warehousing, and other data-intensive applications
- Use the latest trends in building SaaS applications using multi-tenancy, scalability large data volumes / Big Data, and more
- Develop and expand our portfolio to support the most popular Cloud apps (200+)
- Develop an understanding of not just software development, but also how to design, develop, and launch a product from concept to high customer use.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in customizing Salesforce. Experience in integrating these systems with other applications like QuickBooks, NetSuite, Business Central, F&O, and more
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAAS product implementation and delivering multiple and complex projects
- Candidates having enterprise software background in the initial career phase and gradually moved to the Implementation role.
- Team Management experience
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Should be proficient in client interactions
