Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Health Cloud & Omni-Channel Specialist with 5+ years of experience to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Omni-Channel Solutions to provide seamless integration and improved customer experience across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce Health Cloud solutions tailored to healthcare services and patient management.
- Integrate Salesforce Service Cloud with Omni-channel solutions to enable effective communication and customer support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize and optimize Health Cloud and Service Cloud applications.
- Develop and maintain integration solutions for Omni-Channel customer interactions, including chat, email, and phone support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring the successful integration of Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Omni-Channel features.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and documentation to internal teams and end-users.
- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce updates and features relevant to Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Omni-Channel.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Strong hands-on experience with Omni-Channel integrations in Salesforce.
- Familiarity with Salesforce development tools such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with Salesforce integration and customization for healthcare and service management environments.
- Knowledge of Salesforce configuration, automation, and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
