Job Overview:
We are seeking someone with expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud and sufficient hands-on experience on the Health Cloud. Candidates must have experience in Flows, Data Model Setup, Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, LWC (or Aura), Integration, Health Cloud Data Model, Working with EHR records, Advanced Therapy Management, Care Program Management, Patient Onboarding.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning Design System (LDS).
Provide technical leadership and set best practices for integration, application development, deployment, and testing (unit and systems).
Develop intuitive UI using Visualforce, LWC, and Aura Frameworks.
Ability to collaborate to identify business needs and work on its implementation.
Remain current with Salesforce technologies and best practices.
Define, communicate, and manage a change management process to develop and implement new applications/code and updates to existing applications/code.
Familiar with source code, version management, and code deployment standards.
Design and implement specific functionalities tailored to Health Cloud requirements.
Implement Service Cloud features using Omnichannel engagement and CTI integrations.
Possess a fundamental understanding of Contact Centre, Customer Service, and/or Field Service processes to optimize Salesforce solutions for these areas.
Integrate with the Health Cloud object model through various integration methods.
Required Skills:
3-5 years of Working experience on the Health Cloud Object Model for Patients and how to display Patient Data AND a Clear understanding of the Health Cloud Object model for Insurance and Utilization.
Understanding of any additional Salesforce cloud (Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Education Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud, Health Cloud, Consumer Good Cloud, and Data Cloud) apart from Sales and Service Cloud is mandatory.), apart from Sales and Service cloud.
Experience building flows, process builders, platform events and governor limits.
Ability to integrate with the Health Cloud object model through integrations.
Capable of designing specific functionality around Health Cloud.
A range of experiences across the Salesforce Service Cloud and Health Cloud.
Designs, develops, tests, and supports Salesforce Health Cloud implementations using out of the box Health Cloud data model , components , and add-on features.
Implementation of Service Cloud features using Omnichannel engagement and CTI integrations.
Fundamental understanding of how EHR works in terms of patient flow, workflows and exchange data.
Understanding of Contact Centre, Customer Service and/or Field Service processes
Proficiency in HTML, XML, JavaScript, SOQL.
Experience writing Apex classes and triggers.
Familiar with Salesforce Lightning Design System and SFDX.
Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating solutions, and/or deploying solutions to end users.
Technical project management experience.
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
Understanding of and experience with Salesforce architecture and API.
Experience using GitHub or other version control software.
Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications.
Strong Javascript, LWC, or Aura development skills.
Knowledge of various asynchronous capabilities in Salesforce and its use cases.
Understanding of key design patterns and large data volume limitations and best practices.
Understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations and how these play into platform architecture.
Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies.
Proficiency in MuleSoft and related technologies.
Strong Knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP, Web services, and data formats (XML, JSON).
