Job Description:

Required Skills and Experience:

1. Must have functional knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud projects.
2. Should be Salesforce Administrator/App builder/Salesforce Business Analyst certified.
3. Atleast 10+ years of total experience with 2-3 Salesforce projects as a Business Analyst
4. Knowledge of Banking Domain, Insurance Domain is must to have.
5. Knowledge of Jira and Confluence is must to have.
6. Should be aware of Flows, Email templates, Omni Scripts, Flex cards
7. Should be aware of Salesforce release cycle and recent release features.
8. Should have knowledge of how enterprise integration works (peer to peer or via middleware)
9. Should be aware of deployment &; delivery process
10. Financial Services Cloud/Service Cloud/Sales Cloud certifications are nice to have
Min. 6 years of Banking /Insurance/Financial services /Mortgage experience needed

Must Skills:

Salesforce BA+BFSI /Mortgage experience +FSC (Good to have)
