Job Description:
- Experience in Salesforce FSL concepts and has experience &; knowledge of multichannel architecture, data modeling, data exchange and integrations
- Experience in Field Service consulting, integration with Service Cloud, task management, workflow management, pricing, and quote process
- Designing, implementing and deploying Salesforce FSL solutions to a wide variety of clients.
- Knowledge of the Salesforce.com capabilities (both functional and technical) and integration capabilities.
- Subject matter expert who has experience implementing Salesforce.com functionality and can act as a knowledgeable liaison with business stakeholders.
- Ability to uncover business requirements, develop a technical strategy and be able to create and effectively demonstrate solutions that address customer requirements.
- At least 2 full lifecycle implementation experiences in the platform. Experience with both B2C and B2B scenarios will be preferred.
- Ability to come up with accurate development estimates based on high-level business and/or technical requirements
- Experience in enabling guided selling processes for channel partners and customers
- Define conceptual architecture and design for solutions considering architecture best practices, client IT landscape and technology trends.
- Guide technical teams in design and implementation
- Configure and develop best-in-class FSL proof of concepts, working demos and solution accelerators
- 2+ years of working on the Salesforce FSL platform
- 3+ years of Salesforce experience within a consulting environment, specifically with Salesforce Service Cloud
- Experience working with an enterprise level Field Service Management system
- A thorough understanding of service and field service practices and KPIs
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification
- Salesforce Field Service Lightning Consultant Certification
Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B/B2C FSL and Channel Experience
- Certification in any of the leading FSL product suites
- Knowledge of various enterprise systems, CRM, SFA, and ERP
