Role Description:

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, configure, and customize Salesforce applications to meet business needs. The ideal candidate will be skilled in Salesforce development and administration, with expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and integration processes. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Salesforce Development:

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications and custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Customize standard Salesforce features to meet specific business needs.

1. System Configuration:

• Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
• Create and manage custom objects, fields, and page layouts.

1. Integration and APIs:

• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and enterprise systems using REST, SOAP APIs, or middleware tools like MuleSoft.
• Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between systems.

1. Data Management:

• Handle data migration and ETL processes using tools like Data Loader or third-party ETL tools.
• Maintain data quality and integrity across Salesforce and integrated systems.

1. Performance Optimization:

• Optimize Salesforce configurations and customizations to improve system performance.
• Debug and resolve application issues in a timely manner.

1. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

• Work closely with business analysts, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices to ensure project success.

1. Testing and Deployment:

• Develop and execute unit tests, system tests, and regression tests.
• Deploy Salesforce components between environments using tools like Change Sets or Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Copado).

1. Documentation and Training:

• Document technical designs, processes, and configurations.
• Provide training and support to end-users to enhance system adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience in Visualforce Pages and Salesforce.com Development
• Proficiency in Lightning Web Components
• Expertise in Salesforce.com Administration
• Strong skills in Salesforce.com platform
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Certifications in Salesforce development is a plus
