Job Overview:
We are seeking someone with expertise in Salesforce and sufficient hands-on experience on the different Salesforce clouds. Candidates must have experience in Flows, Data Model Setup, Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, LWC (or Aura), and Integration.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning Design System (LDS).
Provide technical leadership and set best practices for integration, application development, deployment, and testing (unit and systems).
Develop intuitive UI using Visualforce, LWC, and Aura Frameworks.
Ability to collaborate to identify business needs and work on its implementation.
Remain up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies, best practices, and industry trends.
Define, communicate, and manage a change management process to develop and implement new applications/code and updates to existing applications/code.
Familiar with source code, version management, and code deployment standards.
Required Skills:
3-5 years of hands-on development experience on the Salesforce platform.
Understanding of any additional Salesforce cloud (Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Education Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud, Health Cloud, Consumer Good Cloud, and Data Cloud) apart from Sales and Service Cloud is mandatory.), apart from Sales and Service cloud.
Proficiency in HTML, XML, JavaScript, and SOQL.
Experience writing Apex classes and triggers.
Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System and SFDX.
Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating solutions, and/or deploying solutions to end users.
Technical project management experience.
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
Understanding of and experience with Salesforce architecture and API.
Experience using GitHub or other version control software.
Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications.
Strong Javascript, LWC, or Aura development skills.
Knowledge of various asynchronous capabilities in Salesforce and its use cases.
Understanding of key design patterns and large data volume limitations and best practices.
Understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations and how these play into platform architecture.
Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies.
