Job description:

Should have at least 3+ years of Salesforce hands-on Experience

Excellent Knowledge of Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud features.

Should be able to recommend best practices around design and development.

Must be able to lead and mentor the team in designing and review of code, guide and encourage the team to follow these best practices.

Should have hands working knowledge of various tools like LWC, Aura, Apex, Visualforce, etc.

Should have rich experience in data migration and working in a highly integrated enterprise application

Maps the project life cycle with the project manager and Manages rollout and post-deliverable strategy

Experience in planning, estimation, delivery model, customer facing roles and effective client interaction skills

Soft Skills: Good communication, analytical and presentation skills, problem solving skills and learning attitude.
