About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Salesforce Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Sales and Service Cloud solutions, with a strong background in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, and Apex development. You will lead a team of developers, designing, coding, testing, and implementing Salesforce applications while maintaining best practices for architecture, programming, and documentation.

Key Skills and Experience:
- Salesforce Expertise: Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Salesforce Lightning: Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce for building custom UI components.
- Apex Development: Proficient in developing Apex classes, Apex triggers, Batch Apex, and implementing business logic.
- Integration Skills: Extensive experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Salesforce Best Practices: Knowledge of Salesforce development best practices, including code optimization, security considerations, and deployment processes.
- Salesforce Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant are a plus.
- Testing and Debugging: Experience with unit testing, Apex test classes, and debugging techniques in Salesforce.
- Version Control: Familiarity with Git for version control and working with Salesforce DX for development lifecycle management.
- Project Leadership: Proven ability to lead development teams and manage complex Salesforce implementations.
- Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile environments with proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Scrum ceremonies.
Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce Certifications: Additional certifications like Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect are highly desirable.
- Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure and integrating them with Salesforce.
- DevOps Tools: Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce development.
- Data Management: Understanding of Salesforce Data Loader, Workbench, and other tools for managing large volumes of data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under tight deadlines.
