- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality solutions on Salesforce using Salesforce Media Cloud.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design efficient Salesforce Media Cloud architectures.
- Customize Salesforce Media Cloud components to align with industry-specific workflows.
- Integrate Salesforce Media Cloud with external media management tools for seamless operations.
- Implement advanced media functionality using Apex, Aura Lightning platform, and JavaScript.
- Optimize Salesforce Media Cloud features to enhance content management and distribution.
- Mentor junior developers and stay updated on industry best practices. Leverage Salesforce Industry Clouds and OmniStudio for tailored solutions.
- Utilize enterprise product catalog (EPC), CPQ, and digital commerce features for comprehensive solutions.
- Navigate cloud integration challenges and provide bug support.
- Understand Vlocity's suitability for enterprise-level businesses and its CPQ features.
