Job Purpose: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including custom applications and integrations. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions that drive business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Perform data migration and data integration tasks.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance.
- Implement best practices in code development, security, and testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support for Salesforce users.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques, including REST and SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, and custom objects.
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Copado.
- Experience with data migration tools like Data Loader or third-party ETL tools.
