Job Purpose
To analyze the processes of the Client /Company; design the CRM workflows in Salesforce and provide custom solutions for specific business requirements.
Key Accountabilities
- Carry out detailed analysis on business requirements through stakeholders, utilize knowledge of best practice & domain expertise to develop effective solutions on Salesforce.com in accordance with our internal processes and structure.
- Maintain, configure, and test all the CRM platform along with managing deadlines and producing technical documentation.
- Ensure best data solutions are provided and best practices are followed, by working closely with other teams for performing data reviews to develop effective CRM solutions.
- Take ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code aligned with project timelines.
- Provide Salesforce product knowledge and develop the Salesforce platform as and when required.
- Provide regular training on the CRM platform to all stakeholders of the organization.
- Ability to work independently with ability to write, interpret, critique technical specifications.
- Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.
Job Requirements
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree in IT, Certified Salesforce Platform Developer
- Well experienced in Lightning Aura Components, Visual Force pages, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex
- Experience cloud and other Salesforce.com standard features
Minimum experience
- 3- 5 years Salesforce product knowledge
- Design & implement APIs and web-based interfaces utilizing Apex code, Web Services, etc
- Implementation experience on LWC and Experience cloud is a must have.
- Working knowledge on LWC (Lightning Web Components), Events, Aura, Pub Sub Model, - Salesforce development Life Cycle.
