We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with expertise in Communication Cloud, Vlocity Omnistudio, and Vlocity Industries, including CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Order Management (OM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience customizing and developing solutions on the Salesforce platform, particularly in the telecom and communications industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Vlocity Omnistudio, Vlocity Industries CPQ, and Order Management features.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and implement scalable solutions to enhance communication workflows, including CPQ and OM.
- Create and maintain data models, integrations, and automation processes to optimize the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Support the testing, deployment, and maintenance of Salesforce applications.
- Ensure seamless integration with third-party systems and platforms as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
- Expertise in Vlocity Omnistudio, Vlocity Industries (CPQ & OM).
- Experience in designing and implementing CPQ and Order Management solutions.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Communication Cloud and its applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex systems.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
