- Should have 3+ years of experience in Apex development, code reviews, LWC and Integrations.
- Should be able to implement and maintain Salesforce customizations and configurations.
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce is must, and the Lightning Component Framework is a plus.
- Experience with APIs and integrations is a must.
- Implement and maintain Salesforce customizations such as custom fields and objects, layouts, workflows, process builder, and validation rules.
- Perform troubleshooting of existing applications.
- Provide ongoing user support and resolution for system, application and/or data issues.
- Participate in the planning and analysis of business requirements for system changes, enhancements or Bug Fixes
- Translate business requirements into creative and effective technical designs.
- Identify opportunities to improve the overall user experience.
- Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provides detailed problem analysis, resolution and high-level consulting.
- Multi-Tool issue resolution.
- Problem management including tracking and meeting coordination.
- Consultation to the Executive team on tool direction, issues, etc.
- Analysis of systemic issues to prevent reoccurrence.
- Coordinates Tool Critical Issues to establish priorities with Development.
- Technical expertise - Integration, data, Tool functionality.
